Clear & Tinted Float Glass

Float glass is ordinary glass which is now widely used in our daily lives. This kind of glass provides uniform thickness and is very flat…

This kind of glass became a very popular material for usage in construction and several other industries. Usually used for laminated glass, tempered glass, and/or other special glass in several colors including:

Thickness: 1.4 – 2 – 2.2 – 3 – 4 – 5 – 5.5 – 6 – 8 – 10 – 12 – 15 – 18 – 19 mm

Max. dimension: 6,000 x 3,660 mm

Tempered Glass

Tempered glass is mostly used in shop windows and where toughened heat resistant glass is needed, for example for oven…

Due to the nature of this type of glass, the order has to be checked first and can only be delivered after production

Thickness: 2 – 2.2 – 3 – 4 – 5 – 5.5 – 6 – 8 – 10 – 12 – 15 – 18 – 19 mm

Max. dimension: 6,000 x 3,660 mm

Low Energy Emissivity Glass

Generally, glass is not a good thermal insulator due to its inherent properties and it creates problems for a building’s heating and cooling.

Engineers tried to solve this problem by using double-walled or multi-walled glass. By increasing the number of walls, the insulation also increases. This brought another issue with it, which was not welcomed by engineers, namely the excessive weight of the multi-glassed walls. The SHGC-coefficient in Low-E-Glass emits a large amount of solar thermal energy and contributes to building up the heating. As such, glasses with high SHGC-coefficient are suitable for cold areas or low sunlight and we strongly recommend that you use this type of glass for your buildings so you can save energy and money.

Thickness: 2 – 2.2 – 3 – 4 – 5 – 5.5 – 6 – 8 – 10 – 12 – 15 – 18 – 19 mm

Max. dimension: 6,000 x 3,660 mm

Reflective Float Glass

Reflective float glass is produced in a variety of beautiful colors for specific applications such as energy consumption control.

Having a reflective surface allows the glass to be able to reflect the solar radiation significantly and affect the control of light and energy stream through the buildings.

All kinds of colors available:

Thickness: 2 – 2.2 – 3 – 4 – 5 – 5.5 – 6 – 8 – 10 – 12 – 15 – 18 – 19 mm

Max. dimension: 6,000 x 3,660 mm

Mirror

Mirrors are mostly used in some parts of the building such as the bathroom and bedroom, swimming pool, for decorating, sports salon, and other places.

The materials behind the mirror are made of mercury, silver, or aluminum.

Thickness: 2 – 3 – 4 – 5 – 5.5 – 6 – 8 mm

Max. dimension: 6,000 x 3,660 mm

Satina Glass

Due to the nature of this type of glass, the order has to be checked first and can only be delivered after production.

Satina glass is mostly used in buildings such as bathrooms and bedrooms, swimming pools, for decorating, sport salon, and other places.

Toughenable Enameled Glass (Vinamel-t)

All kinds of colors: faint, green, blue, bronze, and smoky.

Clear and colored glass can be used in buildings, shops, warehouses, and many other usages.

Thickness: 3 – 4 – 5 – 6 – 8 mm

Max. dimension: 1,800 x 2,400 mm

Patterned Glass

Patterned glass can be used in buildings such as shops, warehouses, and many other ways.

Thickness: 3 – 4 – 5 – 6 mm

Max. dimension: 2,000 x 2,250 mm

Printed Glass

Printed glass is mostly used in interior design, public and commercial buildings, public spaces, clinics and hospitals, religious places, art and culture centers, sports facilities, hospitality spaces, residential buildings, airports & other transport hubs, hotels, and many other places.

Printed glass is an ideal media for artists, photographers, and designers who wish to make their artworks durable on a sheet of glass or between two sheets. Provided that the printable material complies with related laws and regulations, printed glass can be used for marketing and other purposes in an artistic interaction with digital technology. One particular process involves printing a high-resolution image (1440x1440 dpi) on a sheet of glass or between two sheets of glass to be laminated. This hi-tech professional printing procedure is implemented in 6 colors plus white (CMYK-Lc-Lm-White). Printed glass is a memorable decorative element for interior spaces and will resist against any color change for 50 years in open-air spaces. which is one of many methods for achieving printed results. Some customers have opted to have their own patterns and images printed on the sheets of glass. Any ordered image needs to be of high resolution and compatible with the printer. It is worth emphasizing that all types of coated glass are capable of being toughened. These products are embodiment of beauty, strength, and safety.

Laminated Glass

Heimat Glas has an extensive range of decoral glass products. Decoral glass is a popular glass product offered in various types. Some of these have merely practical properties while others suit both practical and decoral purposes.

These kinds of glass might be the result of one or more processing works (laminating, toughening, etc.) in a production cycle. During the production process, the design is reproduced on the glass sheet (by the use of organic or non-organic materials such as enamel or ceramic frit).

Other processes such as CNC cutting, drilling, beveling, or polishing are available as required.

Thickness: 2 – 3 – 4 – 5 – 6 – 8 – 10 – 12 – 15 – 18 – 19 mm

Max. dimension: 3,210 x 2,250 mm

Decorative Glass

Mirrors are mostly used in some parts of the building such as the bathroom and bedroom, swimming pool, for decorating, sports salon, and other places.

Thickness: 4 – 5 – 6 – 8 – 10 mm

Max. dimension: 3,210 x 2,250 mm

Bullet Proof, Anti-Theft, Fire Proofing

Due to the nature of this type of glass, the order has to be checked first and can only be delivered after production.

Bulletproof, anti-theft, and fireproofed glass is mostly used for window-shops such as jewelry and exchange shops, offices, banks, car glass, and other places where needed.
